Manipur  University Recruitment 2013 for the 75 posts of Faculty Positions: Jawaharlal Nehru University was established in 1972 at Imphal and soon it had make a very valuable jump for becoming the State University in 1980 and soon after this Manipur University was fully converted into the central university in the year 2005 and this growth and achievement in the lap of the university had been
possible only with the desire to make the future of the learners to be firm and uniform with providing them the education to that level and every year new concepts are being introduced to make the complete growth of the minds of the applicants and to exercise the powers in the correct way. Manipur University had invited the applications from the applicants for the 75 posts of Faculty Positions that are as below with the ration of seats vacant: 
    

      Professor  – 24 posts

      Associate Professor – 33 posts

     Assistant Professor – 16 posts

    Departments and subjects under which these posts are vacant are as below:

Educational Criterion Set: PHD or master’s degree in the concerned filed is the requirement from the applicants and need to get qualified under the NET (National Eligibility Test).

Selection Method: Interview is the criterion of the selection.

Application fee: For the SC, ST and PWD applicants’ fee is 150 and for the other applicants’ fee is Rs. 300 to be paid by the bank draft and if the application is being downloaded then fee ration is Rs. 175 and Rs. 350.

Scheme to submit an application: Applicants fill the application completely and attach it with the certificates before to send to Manipur University.

Important Date: Date by which Manipur University will entertain the applications is 15^th Jan 2014.
