Eligibility Criteria:

Age Limit: Candidates age should be between 18 to 36 years as on 01-07-2013. Age relaxation is applicable as per the rules.

Educational Qualifications: Candidates should possess the qualification of Degree from any University in India established or incorporated by or under a Central Act, State Act or a Provincial Act or an institution recognized by the University Grants Commission.

Application Fee: General/ OBC and other unreserved candidates are required to pay Rs. 100/- while SC/ ST and other unreserved category candidates will have to pay Rs. 80/- as application fee.

Application fee should be paid through Bank at AP Online centers /State Bank of India towards application processing fee is compulsory for all Applicants. Challan Form

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected on the basis of their marks obtained in written examination.

Online Application Form: All those candidates who wish to apply for Panchayat Secretary in A.P. Panchayat Raj through Andhra Pradesh Public Service Commission, they are required to apply through online mode by filling online application on APPSC’s official website at www.apspsc.gov.in before 22nd January 2014.

How to Apply Online: Make sure candidates have a valid Email address, scanned photo, thumb impression and signature.

1. Visit official website at www.apspsc.gov.in.
2. Find the link of Panchayat Secretary GRADE-IV and click on it.
3. Now click on ‘Continue’ to Apply Online.
4. Fill online application with all marked details and submit your application.
5. Take print of downloadable Challan.
6. Make payment as mentioned above.
7. Visit the same website once again on next working day.
8. Upload photograph and signature and submit your application.
9. Now take print out of application form and keep it for future reference.
